Dr. Rosen is a proud El Paso native and is honored to serve his community to his fullest potential. He opened his practice in August 2001 as a General Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr Rosen specializes in the therapy of female urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic reconstructive surgery.

In 2001, he completed his obstetrical and gynecological training at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was privileged to be trained by one of America’s most influential and accomplished pelvic reconstructive surgeons, Dr. Marvin Terry Grody. Dr. Rosen is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an active Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Prior to Dr. Rosen entering into the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he completed his residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas. He was board certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 1998 and was recertified in 2005. Dr. Rosen offers his patients comprehensive women’s health care, which includes both specialized Obstetrics & Gynecology services, as well as basic primary health care.
